  • John Hoffner

    HOST & KOOP PROGRAMMER

    John Hoffner has been part of KOOP radio since 2007 as a producer and programmer. He has been active in Austin issues and a strong advocate for a balanced approach to solving our energy, social justice, and environmental issues. He served on the City of Austin’s Resource Management Commission from 2003 to 2006. John has worked professionally in the renewable energy field for over 25 years. His first position was with Austin Energy as the Manager for Renewable Programs from 1983 through 1996. He is now the Solar Global Practice Leader at Jacobs Engineering in Austin.

    Amy Stansbury is the host of The Austin Common Radio Hour and Editor-In-Chief of The Austin Common. She is a local journalist dedicated to the ideas that learning about local government should be fun, that our local community matters, and that each and every one of us can make a positive difference in this world.

  • Jane Pulaski

    ENERGY POLICY HOST

    Jane is a clean energy communications and social media specialist. For more than twenty years, she was with the Interstate Renewable Energy Council where she had the great good fortune to work alongside some of the most progressive thinkers in the clean energy space. Currently, Jane is director of communications for the Texas Solar Energy Society, the state chapter of the American Solar Energy Society. She is also editor-in-chief of Solar Today, the quarterly magazine of the American Solar Energy Society. Trained as a baker, Jane takes refuge in her kitchen for therapy.
